Barry Ariko Chairman of the Board

Mr. Ariko is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mirapoint and also serves as chairman of the board of InStranet, Inc. He is responsible for all operational and strategic business initiatives at Mirapoint.

Mr. Ariko has more than 30 years successful management experience and has been instrumental in implementing profitable high-growth strategies at several technology companies throughout his career where he held executive management positions including: Chairman/CEO of Extricity, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Netscape Communications, Executive Vice President for the Americas at Oracle, and Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Americas at Tandem Computers. Mr. Ariko has strong general management, marketing, sales and field operations skills with a demonstrated track record of success through his leadership and understanding of strategic marketing opportunities.

Mr. Ariko holds a Bachelor's of Science Management degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
