Stéphane Froger Vice President, Finance

Stéphane Froger joined InStranet in May 2000 as a controller in the finance department to build the Company's legal framework, tax structure and reporting processes. Prior to joining InStranet, he held senior finance positions at Business Objects, supervising European planning, budgeting, reporting and internal audit. Stephane has more than 10 years of experience in finance in the software industry with extensive knowledge of revenue recognition rules within the international business environment.
